As On The Level continues to grow, we are delighted to have recently welcomed to the team Paulina Kordus as our new Internal Accounts Manager.
At On The Level we understand the importance of building great customer relationships, and they all start with excellent communication and customer service. With Paulina on board we are excited to be able to maintain the high standards we set ourselves, and we hope you will join us in wishing Paulina well in her new role.
As we helped Paulina settle into the team, we asked a couple of questions to find out more about her.
What are you looking forward to in your new job?
I’m looking forward to working in a collaborative, team-focused culture, with opportunities to learn and grow my skills from a technical standpoint.
What was your experience prior to joining?
Before joining On The Level, I was working for a manufacturer and supplier of corrugated polypropylene solutions, and I was mainly responsible for temporary protection products. I was managing the company’s biggest accounts.
What’s your focus going forward?
I’m looking forward to utilising the experience I have in customer service to help OTL customers determine their product’s needs, provide advice and assistance on possible solutions, and build long-term cooperation.
